In order to maintain high levels of sanitation and also to prevent any possible spread of infection, we do need sufficient time to clean the units properly and to thoroughly disinfect all units prior to arrival of next customer. We do not double book any units on any day. The unit is allocated solely to your cat on both days of arrival and departure.
No. This is because the unit could have been allocated to another customer during any time the unit booked was not used.

Yes all male cats over the age of 9 months have to be neutered.
The Cattery has “welded seam polysafe” flooring to all units and common areas. This eliminates the possible issues which can be
associated with traditional painted concrete floors or multiple joints used in tiled floors that can easily harbour infection.
In strong contrast, our innovative welded-seam floor choice leaves our floors easy to keep clean and hygienic.
The combination of this floor choice and also our strict adoption of the industry “best practice” cleaning methods allow us to
maintain a high level on cleanliness at all times.
Yes a deposit of £25.00 per booking is applicable at the time of booking. This is to prevent any possible unfair
advantage of the system. In the past multiple bookings were made by a single customer over busy periods e.g. summer holidays,
Christmas and New Year e.g. perhaps with the goal to ensure space and then sometimes later cancelled when then not required.
This deprives other customers the opportunity to make a real booking when they do require it. The balance due on any booking
can be made on the day of arrival or collection. It is left to the customer to decide and we accept payment by all major
credit/debit cards or BACS transfer
